The set can be personalised with an initial or first name added to the brush. A ribbon can be added for no extra charge. The set comes beautifully presented in a white keepsake box.

Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. 

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Airmail or courier which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.

International Orders we ship to the following countries;

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, United States (49 of 62 states)

Standard International Shipping Charge is $20 AUD we also offer express international shipping at $45 AUD.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Spend $80 AUD or more and you will be eligible for free Domestic Shipping. As soon as your order has been fulfilled and dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that you can track your order with.

Delivery time will vary by location. Please refer to the below table for approximate guidelines on delivery times based on Australia Post’s delivery times.

Australia: 2 - 7 business days.
New Zealand: 5 - 10 business days.

USA: 5 - 10 business days.
Canada: 8 - 12 business days.

UK: 6 - 10 business days.
Europe: 6 - 10 business days.

Japan: 4 - 10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International orders may incur additional customs duties/tax fees payable by the receiver depending on your destination. The receiver is responsible for these additional charges and we cannot accept a return or refund of any goods if these charges are not paid. If duties or tax fees are declined and the parcel is returned you will need to pay for the return of the order.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Salt + Light is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Australia Post continues to deliver as quickly and safely as they can, but some parcels may take a few extra days to arrive.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
Metro - 2 to 7 days
Rural - 5 to 10 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries can take 4 to 6 week

Returns / Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at belovedco.au@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
