process and fulfil orders (including printing/producing personalised products and shipping them)

publish reviews (where you submit them)

4) Reviews (Judge.me)
If you leave a review, we use Judge.me to collect and display reviews on our website. Depending on what you submit, this can include your name (or chosen display name), star rating, review text, photos, and related order information needed to verify the review.
5) Email marketing (Klaviyo + Mailchimp)
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may use Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp to manage subscriptions, send campaigns, and understand email performance (for example: opens and clicks). These providers may process data outside Australia.

6) Advertising & analytics (Meta, Google, Pinterest)
We may use cookies/pixels/tags to measure performance and improve advertising. This can include:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools, such as the Meta Pixel, which can collect/receive information about your activity on our site (e.g., page views, add-to-cart, purchases) for measurement and ad targeting. Meta requires that websites using these tools provide clear notice and choices for users.

advertising/analytics partners such as Meta, Google and Pinterest (where enabled)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.
8) Overseas disclosure
Some providers we use may store or process data outside Australia (for example in the United States and other regions). Klaviyo and Mailchimp both describe cross-border processing and safeguards in their privacy/DPA materials.
9) Shopify & customer privacy
Shopify provides customer privacy settings and may require specific disclosures/links in your privacy policy depending on which Shopify privacy features are enabled (including cookie consent and Shopify’s customer privacy framework).

10) Children’s information
Our products are often made for children, and personalisation may include a child’s name. We collect this information only because an adult customer enters it to personalise an order. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
11) Security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, but we use reputable platforms and security measures.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal/tax obligations. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
12) Access, correction & complaints
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request corrections. The OAIC outlines access/correction and complaint expectations in privacy handling.
