  • 1) Production time (before dispatch)

    Personalised items: please allow up to 5 business days for production before dispatch (some items may be quicker or slightly longer depending on the product and season).
    The most accurate ETA will always show on the product page and at checkout.

  • 2) Delivery times (after dispatch)

    Delivery time begins once your order is dispatched.

    Where available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

5) Peak periods & delays

During busy seasonal periods (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), production and courier networks can be slower. We’ll always do our best to communicate any changes to lead times.

6) Wrong address / changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP - changes may not be possible once your order is in production.

7) Issues with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us with your order number and photos and we’ll help quickly.
